The proposed extension is located in the courtyard of the existing listed building, with a 6 meter distance from the occupiable bedrooms, respecting the privacy of the rooms and allowing the views through the sloping roof design.

The design integrates into the landscape of the site and adapts to the topography creating a dynamic interior space and a contemporary body.
